As Republican front runner Donald Trump delivered a big speech in Columbus on Monday the vile smear campaign underwritten by the governor of Ohio’s Super PAC launched a negative ad blitzkrieg. The establishment and it’s endless collection of amoral whore career politicians is under mounting pressure to somehow find a way to kneecap Trump before the actual voters go to the polls in early 2016. Nothing to this point has worked so a costly and coordinated onslaught of anti-Trump propaganda combined with boots on the ground activism appears to be the last ditch effort to find the kryptonite to destroy the Donald and to quash the will of the people. The choice is to make the linkage between Trump and Der Führer.

Politico reports on the first ads for Kasich’s New Day for America as well as the attack strategy that will paint that famous mustache on Trump in the story “Kasich ambushes Trump in Ohio”:

On Monday, New Day for America’s ad blitz began in earnest with the release of a video rounding up some of Trump’s most inflammatory comments, including his attack on Fox News’ Megyn Kelly and his claim that he has a “great” relationship with “the blacks.” The super PAC also sprang for a plane to circle the Greater Columbus Convention Center a few hours before Trump’s rally, carrying a banner message that read: “Ohioans Can’t Trust Trump.”

The campaign joined in on Monday, releasing a video online titled “Trump’s Federal Government Religious Database” that slammed Trump for his openness to the idea of a federal database system tracking Muslims.

Later in the day, Kasich’s campaign held yet another media availability with Rep. Steve Stivers, Shaker Heights Councilman James Brady, and retired Col. Tom Moe, who the Kasich campaign noted was shot down during combat duty in Vietnam and spent “the next five years alongside U.S. Sen. John McCain.” That event was billed as a media availability for “Ohio military veterans to discuss Donald Trump, National Security prior to Trump’s Columbus speech today.”

“You might not care if Donald Trump says Muslims must register with their government because you’re not one. And you might not care that Donald Trump says he’s going to round up all the Hispanic immigrants because you’re not one. And you might not care that Donald Trump says it’s OK to rough up black protesters because you’re not one,” Moe said. “And you might not care if Donald Trump wants to suppress journalists because you’re not one. But think about this: If he keeps going and he actually becomes president, he might just get around to you, and you better hope that there’s someone left to help you.”

This demagoguery is a devious twist on the words of Pastor Martin Neimoller who dared to oppose Hitler and was thrown into the concentration camps for his heresy during World War II:

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist
Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist
Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist
Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew
Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

Being the willfully ignorant, dumbed-down, television addicted, historically ignorant pack of sheep that they typically are, American voters will be easily bamboozled by this piece of slick pro-Wall Street-GOPe agenda propaganda and the parade of liars that are trotted out to denounce Trump. Kasich may be the Governor of Ohio but the former Lehman Brothers executive has his eye on being the vice president who along with John Ellis Bush – a Kasich ally – will protect the banker interests in Washington. What all of the sleazy Nazi innuendo intentionally omits is that it was the Wall Street establishment that helped to build Hitler up and then protected Nazi war criminals after the war is the same one that Kasich serves. Then there is the ugly truth that Jeb!’s own grandfather Prescott Bush’s Wall Street firm was actually doing business with Hitler while the war was underway. So the NDFA ads are just more dishonest horseshit that should be rejected outright by informed Americans – too bad there are so few of these folks. There is also something very hypocritical about the same people who ardently support a Gestapo style surveillance system as well as a massive government database for ALL Americans trying to paint Mr. Trump as Hitler over comments about one for Muslims.

The real rulers of this country are terrified that Trump’s message is resonating with ordinary Americans who have been lied to and screwed over for too long now by the interchangeable pack of charlatans that are foisted off on them every election cycle.
