Emperor Barack Obama is backing wild-haired South Florida shrew Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in her upcoming primary challenge. Ms. Schultz is the head of the Clinton friendly DNC which has been working overtime at putting a thumb on the scale for Queen Hillary as the 2016 Dem nominee to face whoever is picked at the GOP’s brokered convention. While establishment the war against Trump in which the Republican bosses are planning to thwart the will voters gets the most media play, the Democrats are doing the same thing to assure that the Clinton dynasty will be restored to power. The fixer Schultz is a key part of that effort which is why she has been targeted in her primary.

President Obama is throwing his support behind Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who faces a primary challenge for her Florida seat for the first time since winning the seat in 2004.

The president announced his support in a statement released through the lawmaker’s campaign on Monday morning that applauds Wasserman Schultz’s progressive chops — an implicit pushback at criticism from the man challenging her in the primary from the left.

Debbie has been a strong, progressive leader in Congress and a hardworking, committed Chair of our national Party since I proudly nominated her to the role in 2011,” Obama said

She always stands up and fights for what is right for her district while passionately supporting middle class families.”

Wasserman Schultz has irked some liberals, who argue that as chairwoman of the Democatic National Committee she has tipped the scales in favor of Hillary Clinton and against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in the Democratic primary fight.

The back-and-forth also caused some progressive groups to call for Wasserman Schultz to step down as the party’s chair.

Obama doesn’t typically make endorsements in many House primaries, so the decision to wade into this one is noteworthy.

Debbie the carp’s complete lack of impartiality has earned her the scorn of the small but ideologically driven Bernie Sanders faction within the party. The old man has been far more tenacious than expected and just won’t go away. But then again Queen Hillary has a history of underestimating her opposition, it’s why she got schlonged by Obama back in 2008. This time around though it was key to her White House run to rig the party machinery and that starts with Wasserman-Schultz so it is imperative that she be kept on the job and that starts with saving her ass in her congressional district.
