Thanks to the dangerous escalation in rhetoric from Queen Hillary, the attacks on Donald Trump and those who support him are becoming more angry and intense. Last Thursday Mrs. Clinton gave a speech that was so saturated with vitriol and demagoguery that angry racist mobs ambushed Trump supporters in the streets of San Jose shortly afterwards. With the head of their party spewing rhetoric better suited for an early 1930’s German beer hall than the U.S. campaign trail it sets a pretty piss poor example as to the type of discourse that can be expected.
Nothing that Hillary, the RINO establishment and the corrupt media has done with their incessant playing of the race card against Trump has served to minimize tensions and it’s cumulative affect is going to make it a long, hot summer of mayhem. Now even backbenchers are pulling major headlines and being given star treatment in the media. Take for example Texas schlub Filemon Vela who has let Trump know exactly how he feels about the border wall.
The Hill reports that “Dem to Trump: ‘Take your border wall and shove it up your ass’”:
A Hispanic House Democrat representing a Texas district bordering Mexico tore into Donald Trump’s attacks on a Mexican American judge as blatantly racist.
Rep. Filemon Vela (D-Texas) didn’t mince words in a lengthy open letter to the presumptive GOP nominee on Monday.
“Mr. Trump, you’re a racist and you can take your border wall and shove it up your ass,” Vela wrote.
Vela began the letter noting that he agrees with Trump that Mexico should do more to deter violence from drug cartels and that felons in the U.S. illegally should be deported. But he then moved to excoriate the real estate mogul over his rhetoric about Hispanics, including Trump’s assertion that an American-born federal judge of Mexican descent wouldn’t be impartial in a lawsuit against Trump University.
“[Y]our ignorant anti-immigrant opinions, your border wall rhetoric, and your recent bigoted attack on an American jurist are just plain despicable,” Vela wrote.
“Your position with respect to the millions of undocumented Mexican workers who now live in this country is hateful, dehumanizing, and frankly shameful.”
The second-term lawmaker acknowledged his own Mexican roots, but noted his family immigrated to the U.S. before Trump’s grandfather did from Germany.
“Before you dismiss me as just another ‘Mexican,’ let me point out that my great-great grandfather came to this country in 1857, well before your own grandfather. His grandchildren (my grandfather and his brothers) all served our country in World War I and World War II. His great-grandson, my father, served in the U.S. Army and, coincidentally, was one of the first ‘Mexican’ federal judges ever appointed to the federal bench,” Vela wrote.
Now that’s one hot under the collar Mexican for you and an indication of just how well that the coordinated efforts to exploit Trump’s legitimate questions about the fairness of Trump University lawsuit judge Gonzalo Curiel have gone. The La Raza sympathizing Mexican jurist has become the national poster boy who has been trotted out throughout the media to put a human face on Trump’s pledge to secure the border racism. So much is riding on keeping Trump out of the White House – and the oligarchy unthreatened by an outsider – that all the fury of the hate machine has been brought to bear upon the Donald and the hotheads and criminal mobs are ready to rumble. Today is Vela’s turn for his ten minutes of fame, tomorrow it will be someone else’s turn.
