In a response to the racially motivated attack on Dallas police officers that is sure to infuriate liberals, Democrats and blacktivists, Donald Trump called for a return to law and order and defended the right of all Americans to live in safety and peace. The country is in shock and mourning over the cowardly actions that resulted in five dead cops and numerous others wounded that have now been attributed to a lone gunman with an ax to grind against whitey. This is especially the case with Hillary Clinton supporters who are seeing the election slip away before their very eyes. With his remarks, the presumptive GOP nominee has found another winning issue and when combined with the constant pandering by Democrats to an increasingly toxic Black Lives Matter movement serving as a force multiplier he can now seize the momentum for good.
CNN Reports “Trump: Dallas shootings have ‘shaken the soul of our nation'”:
Donald Trump responded to the deadly police shootings in Dallas by offering his prayers to the victims and their families and by calling for restored “law and order.”
Speaking in a video released early Friday evening, Trump said the shootings of the 12 officers, five of whom were killed, had “shaken the soul of our nation.”
A brutal attack on our police force is an attack on our country, and an attack on our families. We must stand in solidarity with law enforcement, which we must remember is the force between civilization and total chaos,” Trump said. “Every American has the right to live in safety and peace.”
He added that the deaths of Alton Sterling in Louisiana and Philando Castile in Minnesota show “how much work we have to do in order to make every American feel that their safety is protected.” The video statement marked the first time that Trump had publicly named the victims in the shootings.
Trump also said that racial divisions in the country have “gotten worse, not better” and called for “prayers, love, unity and leadership.”
Earlier Friday, Trump issued a statement on the shootings in which he said the U.S. “must restore law and order. We must restore the confidence of our people to be safe and secure in their homes and on the street.”
While Trump was telling it like it is just as a real leader should do, Emperor Barack Obama was cynically exploiting the murders to continue to his relentless push for gun control. Trump’s call for unity and leadership highlight how miserably that Dear Leader has failed in promoting both during his dumpster fire of a presidency. It has to also be a burr up the asses of Democrats that the Donald also addressed the murders of two black men by bad apple cops in a classy manner that was inclusive to all Americans instead of using the killings in a cynical manner to pander to blacks and cop haters as some prominent Democrats have done.
In a form of history repeating itself, the billionaire iconoclast is able to capitalize on the actions of law-breaking anarchists in a similar manner to what Richard Nixon did in 1968 when violence raged in the streets of America. Nixon appealed to voters desire for safety then went on to win the presidency by calling for law and order in a period of social tumult and the rest is history. With Hillary badly needing to win the black vote to slither into the White House she has unwittingly confined herself in a trap of her own making as a denouncement of the inflammatory rhetoric of Black Lives Matter would be tantamount to political suicide this late in the game.
It has not been a good week at all for the Democrats. Despite the Obama regime’s meddling in the Hillary Clinton email investigation to clear her of criminal charges, the way that it was handled only reinforced belief that the system is rigged and Trump has pounced on that as well. Then came the horror in Dallas along with a rapidly spreading wave of militant black violence against cops and white people in general which is only going to worsen as the long, hot summer of discontent goes on. That is if Dallas as well as the actions of angry black racist Lakeem Keon Scott who opened fire on white people in their cars in Tennessee is any indication of what’s to come.
