John Ellis Bush, the disgraced eunuch of what was once America’s foremost political dynasty before being exposed as a low-energy invertebrate, has slithered out to take pot shots at presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump. Mr. Bush – like his oily fellow loser Mitt Romney – just can’t take a hint that he has been resoundingly rejected by voters and that it’s time to go get a life. Granted that getting repeatedly punked by Trump – who did the nation a big favor by keeping a third Bush out of the White House – must be a bitter pill to swallow for a man of such entitlement but politics is a bare-knuckle game and is no place for sissies the likes of Jeb!
USA Today is reporting “Jeb Bush on Trump’s proposals: ‘Not going to happen’”:
Donald Trump’s campaign promises are part of “an alternate universe that he created” and voters shouldn’t count on them happening, according to Jeb Bush.
“I think people are going to really feel betrayed” once they realize the presumptive Republican nominee’s promises don’t come to pass, the former Florida governor and Republican presidential candidate told MSNBC in an interview set to air in full Monday night.
“There isn’t going to be a wall built. And Mexico’s not going to pay for it. And there’s not going to be a ban on Muslims. None of that is — this is all like a, alternative universe that he created,” Bush said. “The reality is, that’s not going to happen. And people are going to be deeply frustrated, and the divides will grow in our country.”
While Bush v.3 continues to weep into a puddle of spilled milk he may want to check with those crafting the official Republican party platform because the wall is likely going to be a part of it.
According to CNN “GOP poised to endorse Donald Trump’s border wall in platform”:
The Republican Party is set to give a formal endorsement to the wall along the U.S.-Mexico border espoused by Donald Trump, solidifying it in the party’s platform.
Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach and Amy Carnevale of Massachusetts, both on the Republican National Convention Platform Committee, successfully petitioned to have the language in the draft platform given to delegates changed to include mention of a wall during subcommittee meetings Monday morning.
After saying securing borders is of the “highest priority,” the new language makes clear the party seeks a wall.
“That is why we support building a wall along our southern border and protect if all ports of entry,” the new language reads, according to Kobach. “The border wall must cover the entirety of the southern border and must be sufficient to stop both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.”
The wall looks like it’s going to be a reality – at least in terms of the official GOP platform – unless the establishment nervous Nellies don’t have the intestinal fortitude to go through with it. Americans with the exception of pandering Democrats and limp-wristed liberals want border control and thanks to the unstaunched flow of illegals into the country they have watched their wages depressed.
Trump has a huge opportunity to seize on economic issues – like rejecting illegal immigration and the global trade sellouts pimped by Obama and the Clintons – now that doddering socialist crank Bernie Sanders is reportedly going to take a big dump on all of his supporters on Tuesday by formally endorsing Queen Hillary. The votes of a good many of those working class folks could be up for grabs come November especially with the Democrats now being the party of amnesty, anarchy and abandonment of the American working class. There is plenty of room onboard the Trump train for any of those who were betrayed by the braying old Judas goat.
The Dems could care less about the white American working class, they are preoccupied with defending cop-hating anarchists looking for free handouts, a $15 an hour wage for unskilled whopper floppers and making the country a safe zone for perverts and transvestites to prowl in women’s restrooms. Oh, and don’t forget Hillary’s payback to those corporations that paid her $21 million for speeches and the Goldman Sachs gangsters on Wall Street who will be first in line at the table, the average Joe and Jane on Main Street will be lucky if they can feed on the crumbs that fall to the ground after the pigs eat. Ronald Reagan was able to pull disaffected Dems and so should Trump with an America first set of policies so Bernie supporters should be welcomed with open arms – just surrender any copies of the Communist Manifesto at the door please.
As for Jebbie, he really needs a nice hunk of cheese to go along with that whine of his.
