In what has all the hallmarks of a choreographed smear campaign, the establishment media buzzards swarmed today over allegedly plagiarized portions of Melania Trump’s speech at the Republican party convention. Oh did the presstitutes howl and shriek in outrage that the prospective future First Lady lifted her words directly from a convention speech given by the exalted Michelle Obama herself back in 2008.

Furious and frustrated that a solid year of hit jobs, ginned-up outrage, bald-faced lies and hatemongering hogwash failed to keep Donald Trump from scoring the GOP nomination it has been deemed that his family are now targets of opportunity. Not only does it provide wonderful smokescreen to cover up Hillary Clinton’s likely perjury over those damned emails but avoids any discussion on the dumpster fire of the Obama regime where cops are murdered in the streets of America and radical Islamic terrorists are running amok throughout the civilized world.

The chief weasels ripping at Mrs. Trump’s flesh are at CNN and the Washington Post, two of the most pathetic excuses for news organizations in America today and both bastions of anti-Trump sentiment. As far as the Donald’s better half actually being guilty of plagiarism – or more accurately her speechwriter being guilty – is up to where you stand on the candidate himself. Such spousal speeches are usually chock full of recycled platitudes, boilerplate and rote filler and like many such addresses given at political events to local rotary clubs to baby showers are not exactly known for their originality. While there is indeed a serious resemblance between the speeches, it’s not the four-alarm global crisis that the Clinton shills are making it out to be.

In fact, Barry’s wife may herself be guilty of plagiarizing a part of her own speech that is getting renewed attention today.

Breitbart News reports “Michelle Obama Copied Alinsky in Speech Melania Trump Allegedly Plagiarized”:

Melania Trump, wife of imminent Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and potential First Lady, faces accusations of plagiarism after several passages in her speech to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland appeared to echo lines from Michelle Obama’s speech to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Denver.

Trump’s wife joins Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Joe Biden as accused plagiarists. Even Michelle Obama was accused of plagiarizing part of her own 2008 DNC speech.

Michelle Obama: “…the world as it should be.” In 2008, the aspiring First Lady was accused by bloggers of lifting lines for her DNC speech from Saul Alinsky. Alinsky wrote, in Rules for Radicals (emphasis added): “The standards of judgment must be rooted in the whys and wherefores of life as it is lived, the world as it is, not our wished-for fantasy of the world as it should be.” Michelle Obama said: “And Barack stood up that day, and he spoke words that have stayed with me ever since. He talked about ‘the world as it is‘ and ‘the world as it should be.’” (Perhaps Mr. Obama who left out the attribution.)

But of course most Americans being the blissfully ignorant flock of easily influenced sheep are treating the entire meme as though it actually means anything otherwise than yet another excuse to avoid having a debate about what is truly at stake in this election.

Zero Hedge also finds similarity between Mrs. Obama’s 2008 speech and a passage from the 1992 book Business Success in Africa. One thing about this firestorm, the media seemed so prepared to pounce just in time for today’s news cycle that Team Trump should beware that the speech could have been the work of saboteurs from either the Clinton campaign or the Never Trumpers and should trust no one going forward.

In a land of corrupt, failed institutions there is no institution that is more responsible for the current dismal state of this once great country than the establishment media which has become the exact opposite of what a free press is supposed to be.
