In a despicable display of raw demagoguery saturated in conspiracy theories, Hillary Clinton just laid the groundwork for redefining millions of Americans as racists. With her campaign besieged by mounting questions about her health, those pesky emails and the racketeering at Clinton Foundation, Hillary set a new low for American politics and prepared to leap howling like a banshee into the abyss. In a much promoted speech in Reno, the Democrat nominee wove a web of innuendo and in pandering to the lowest common denominator attempted to sell her sinister vision of a “rising tide of hardline, right-wing nationalism around the world” with Russian leader Vladimir Putin as the cunning global villain tying it all together. It was the stuff of dementia and in a sane society should have ended with her being given a Thorazine shot and hauled off in a straightjacket.

But of course we no longer live in a sane society and in their dutiful efforts to mainstream crackpot Clintonism the media immediately launched salvo after salvo of talking points as well publishing all of the requisite articles defining the phantom menace of the “alt-right” to feed to the lemmings. According to Clinton and the corrupt media, it is now perfectly acceptable to smear Trump supporters as the moral equivalent of the Ku Klux Klan and white supremacist neo-Nazi groups. Mrs. Clinton also looked to tie alternative media sites like Breitbart News and Alex Jones’ Infowars into her grand delusion of a global vast right-wing conspiracy – both outlets are among the few not churning out anti-Trump agitprop, smears and lies 24/7 in order to preserve the status quo.

Her audacious foray into places where no American leader should ever go received mostly glowing reviews from the establishment media.

According to the New York Times “Hillary Clinton Says ‘Radical Fringe’ Is Taking Over G.O.P. Under Donald Trump”:

Hillary Clinton delivered a blistering denunciation Thursday of Donald J. Trump’s personal and political history with race, arguing in her most forceful terms yet that a nationalist conservative fringe had engulfed the Republican Party.

In a 31-minute address, building to a controlled simmer, Mrs. Clinton did everything but call Mr. Trump a racist outright — saying he had promoted “racist lie” after “racist lie,” pushed conspiracy theories with “racist undertones” and heartened racists across the country by submitting to an “emerging racist ideology known as the alt-right.”

“He is taking hate groups mainstream,” Mrs. Clinton told supporters at a community college here, “and helping a radical fringe take over the Republican Party.”

Mrs. Clinton said that while a racially charged and “paranoid fringe” had always existed in politics, “it’s never had the nominee of a major party stoking it, encouraging it and giving it a national megaphone, until now.”

Mrs. Clinton’s remarks coincide with a conspicuous shift in strategy from Mr. Trump, who has spoken with more compassion about people in the country illegally and expressed a desire to win African-American support. He has even suggested he might revisit his call to deport 11 million immigrants in the United States illegally, a pivot seen as an attempt to draw in moderate voters turned off by his views.

The Times really buried the lead in that the “conspicuous shift in strategy” by Trump to appeal to those African-American voters who the Democrats have incited with their race-baiting and seduced with their empty promises has put the fear of God into Team Hillary. The champion of the $15 an hour minimum wage for fast food workers and peddler of free stuff snake oil had spent much time in herding the black vote onto the establishment plantation and building a protective wall around it and she isn’t about to let them wander off now that someone dares to speak the truth that she is only using them.

The speech though was utter horseshit and while the mainstream media will sing her praises it just may be a bridge too far with Clinton’s calling out millions of Americans as racists. There is also the chance that it could backfire badly by serving to further “rub raw the sores of discontent” and even lead to violence although it’s likely that the oligarchy would sooner see a civil war than have their iron fists pried from the levers of power.

But Hillary isn’t ashamed nor will she ever be ashamed. Psychopaths lack the capacity for empathy and for any who previously suspected that Mrs. Clinton was one of them, Thursday’s address should have removed all doubt.
