The New York Times has plumbed the depths of the propaganda pit by publishing a picture of a bloodied Syrian girl and then ups the ante by comparing her to Anne Frank. The doomed child has become a symbol of the atrocities brought upon the Jews and the rest of Europe by the Nazis and sadly a conveniently exploitable figure when it comes to invoking the Holocaust in order to push a political agenda.

The ulta-biased gaggle of Hillary shills masquerading as journalists at the “Gray Lady” have abandoned any pretense of objectivity in their relentless efforts to influence the election with their propaganda. It’s not only Hillary that they are promoting either, it’s the agenda of the liberals and the writers of the big checks who will benefit from the influx of Syrian refugees who will combine with the millions of illegal aliens already here to keep wages depressed and once given amnesty – vote Democrat.

Liberal crusader Nicholas Kristof writes “Anne Frank Today Is a Syrian Girl”:

On April 30, 1941, a Jewish man here in Amsterdam wrote a desperate letter to an American friend, pleading for help emigrating to the United States.

“U.S.A. is the only country we could go to,” he wrote. “It is for the sake of the children mainly.”

A volunteer found that plea for help in 2005 when she was sorting old World War II refugee files in New York City. It looked like countless other files, until she saw the children’s names.

“Oh my God,” she said, “this is the Anne Frank file.” Along with the letter were many others by Otto Frank, frantically seeking help to flee Nazi persecution and obtain a visa to America, Britain or Cuba — but getting nowhere because of global indifference to Jewish refugees.

We all know that the Frank children were murdered by the Nazis, but what is less known is the way Anne’s fate was sealed by a callous fear of refugees, among the world’s most desperate people.

Sound familiar?

President Obama vowed to admit 10,000 Syrian refugees — a tiny number, just one-fifth of 1 percent of the total — and Hillary Clinton suggested taking more. Donald Trump has repeatedly excoriated them for a willingness to welcome Syrians and has called for barring Muslims. Fears of terrorism have left Muslim refugees toxic in the West, and almost no one wants them any more than anyone wanted a German-Dutch teenager named Anne.

AND

History rhymes. As I’ve periodically argued, President Obama’s reluctance to do more to try to end the slaughter in Syria casts a shadow on his legacy, and there’s simply no excuse for the world’s collective failure to ensure that Syrian refugee children in neighboring countries at least get schooling.

Today, to our shame, Anne Frank is a Syrian girl.

The left as become so diseased that it’s now foaming at the mouth rabid and howling at the moon from the pages of the New York Times and Washington Post. The writer wears his hatred of Trump and all that he stands for on his sleeve like a badge of honor and has recently published columns entitled “Donald Trump Is Making America Meaner”, “Clinton’s Fibs vs. Trump’s Huge Lies”, “Donald Trump and a C.I.A. Officer Walk Into a Room”, “Did Putin Try to Steal an American Election?” and “Is Donald Trump a Racist?” – so it’s not exactly a secret which side of the fence that this guy comes down on.

Given that the media can’t get through a week without saturating the airwaves, newspapers and internet with references to Adolf Hitler as the ideological predecessor to Donald Trump, you would think that Godwin’s Law would at some point come into play but it never does.
