Billionaire gadfly and reality television host Mark Cuban is going to bat for the Clinton crime family. The owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and Shark Tank personality went on CNN and mounted a defense against any legitimate scrutiny of the Clintons who are for all intents and purposes above the law. Cuban has seen an increased profile as he acts as a surrogate for Hillary and has been rumored to be on the short list to play the role of Donald Trump when the queen preps for the presidential debates.

Breitbart News  reports “ Mark Cuban: It’s Not Hillary’s Fault Her Email Server Wasn’t Set Up Right”:

Monday night on “CNN Tonight,” supporter of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, said Clinton did nothing wrong because the person who set up her email should have set up “filters and alerts that said any email that came with a classified header.”

Cuban said, “No, I really don’t. I think she — look, if you’re not technical, which she obviously is not, she didn’t know how to get her email on her PC. What’s — and someone — you say, I want to do personal email. Well, first of all, it’s 2008 and back then Gmail was still in beta, and it was in the clear meaning it wasn’t protected by default. And so you go — look, I was in this business. My first career, my first company, all I did was install local area networks and messaging and email systems and I had my own personal server in my office until about 2010, and so I’ve been through this whole process. And so she talks to the admin who is responsible, she doesn’t know any better, and takes his or her advice.”

Perhaps Cuban’s defense has merit if it is the average Boobus Americanus who is setting up the server and not the sitting Secretary of State as well as a former U.S. Senator. It’s laughable that Hillary didn’t know exactly what she was doing when she sought to circumvent official channels and the question still remains to be asked on why she saw it necessary to set up the private workaround in the first place.

Cuban also defended the global slush fund and influence peddling racket at the Clinton Foundation, according to a story by Business Insider:

Billionaire business mogul Mark Cuban defended Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton from allegations that the Clinton Foundation was involved in a “pay to play” scheme while she was serving as secretary of state.

Cuban, the owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and a star of ABC’s “Shark Tank,” told CNN’s Don Lemon in a Monday-night interview that he saw nothing wrong with the activities of the Clinton Foundation while Clinton was secretary of state.

“So let’s put it in context,” Cuban said of the allegation that foundation donors got special access to the state department when Clinton ran it. “Bill Clinton has a dramatically more valuable and bigger brand globally than Donald Trump. Bill Clinton as a brand for the rest of the world outside the United States is enormous. He was the leader of the free world for eight years. He knows how to do things in ways that Donald Trump and pretty much anybody else unless you were president don’t — you know, only they know.”

He continued: “And so for him to go out globally and talk to foreign nations and say, look, you know, I can help you, I can help you deal with issues that, you know, I’ve seen, that are unique to you, that apply to, you know, health initiatives, we’re dealing with these health initiatives through the Clinton Global Initiative, the Clinton Foundation, and so I want you to donate to the Clinton Foundation. In exchange, and yes, there is an exchange, right, I’ll help you where I can because I have knowledge that nobody else has and I can help you.”

He said that though some “might not like this,” Cuban said it was also how “my friends and my business associates deal with me when people try to pitch businesses.”

Hillary is a woman who by virtue of her marriage to Slick Willie and the Clinton Foundation slush fund is a walking conflict of interest. With the public still enormously distrustful of Mrs. Clinton it’s going to take the media and all the king’s horses and all the king’s PR men to massage her image with voters and Cuban, being the loquacious TV personality that he is, will serve her well in his role as a designated bullshit artist.
